If you are walking through Soho, you might notice a brand new addition to the neighborhood. On May 5th, 2026, Ray-Ban House officially opened its doors.
However, it isn’t just a sunglasses store. It is actually a fluid retail space blended with a 50-seat all-day contemporary restaurant.
The brand new food program is led by Chef Pasquale Cozzolino. He is the founder of Ribalta in Greenwich Village and is widely recognized for his authentic Neapolitan pizza.
For this new project, he is focusing on a unique intersection of Japanese and Italian cuisine. The center of the menu revolves around sandos made with soft, crustless shokupan milk bread.

The menu is built for the rhythm of the city. You can grab a Prosciutto & Burrata sando layered with basil pesto and extra virgin olive oil, or the Soho Club with roast chicken and mustard crema.
If you want something lighter, they have a raw bar featuring Bluefin & Avocado or Prime Beef & Truffle tartare. You can also order rich small plates like Wagyu Meatballs with aged mimolette.
To wash it all down, the space features a dedicated matcha bar, smoothies, and cold-pressed juices, with a full cocktail program expected to unfold soon.
The 2,200-square-foot venue features both indoor and outdoor patio seating. The restaurant has been operating in a soft opening phase, but starting today, May 7, the full menu is officially available.
