Masks won’t be necessary but a vaccination will be.
In an earlier press conference in May given at Radio City Music Hall, Governor Cuomo declared that Radio City will reopen as a participating venue in the Tribeca Film Festival for Closing Night this weekend on June 19th (a.k.a. Juneteenth).
In accordance to new CDC guidelines, Radio City Music Hall will hold fully vaccinated guests at 100% capacity with no masks.
We welcome back the arts with the @Tribeca Festival this June.
It will be the first in-person film festival to take place in North America since before COVID.

Beyond Closing Night of the festival, visitors at every following event held at Radio City must be fully vaccinated in order to attend, shared James Dolan, Executive Chairman of Madison Square Garden Sports Corp.
“Having Radio City back at 100% without masks, with people enjoying New York and the New York arts is going to be not only symbolic and metaphoric but I think is going to go a long way towards bringing back this state overall,” said Governor Cuomo.
Other important announcements were made in the conference including the return of the NYC marathon on November 7th at 60% capacity and the indoor gathering limit increasing to 250.
