The Radio City Christmas Spectacular Will Return This Year After Historic 2020 Cancellation

After being canceled for the first time in its 87-year history in 2020, Radio City Music Hall’s Christmas Spectacular will once again light up the NYC stage this year!

The holiday season will be back in all its glory this winter as the iconic Rockettes will get kickin’ once again starting this November.

A press release from the Madison Square Garden Entertainment Corp. (MSG Entertainment) announced the news today, sharing that the performances would return from November 5, 2021 through January 2, 2022.

The Christmas Spectacular is one of the city’s most beloved holiday traditions, and has been seen by more than 69 million people since it first started in 1933. It was definitely a huge loss when the show was canceled last year, especially since it had never happened before, but 2021’s return just signifies once again the comeback the city has made.

“The Christmas Spectacular IS the holiday season in New York for so many families – and we couldn’t be more excited to welcome them back to Radio City Music Hall this November,” said James Dolan, Executive Chairman and CEO of MSG Entertainment. “After a year none of us will ever forget, we all need a little joy – and there’s nothing like the Rockettes and the Christmas Spectacular to get us into the holiday spirit and make the season unforgettable.”

You can get tickets started today (July 22) at rockettes.com/christmas.
