Pete Davidson is officially saying goodbye to his quiet upstate sanctuary. The comedian has just listed his North Salem, N.Y. home for $2.275 million.
Davidson originally bought the four-bedroom, three-bathroom property for $1.95 million in 2023. At the time, he was looking for a peaceful escape from the constant noise and chaos of New York City.

Now, after owning the home for about three years, the “Saturday Night Live” alum is ready to pack his bags.
The reason for the move has nothing to do with upgrading to a bigger mansion. Instead, Davidson wants to be closer to his extended family in Staten Island and New Jersey.
This major life shift comes shortly after Davidson and his girlfriend, model Elsie Hewitt, welcomed their daughter, Scottie Rose, in December 2025.

A Private 1930s Retreat
Located in Westchester County, the 2,300-square-foot home sits on over six acres of land. It is tucked away at the end of a long, private driveway and overlooks an incredibly scenic pond.

Davidson affectionately called the property his “paradise.” He loved the tight-knit community so much that he even joined a local men’s basketball league and regularly grabbed coffee at the nearby Harvest Moon Farm & Orchard.
The 1930s build is packed with vintage charm, but Davidson definitely added his own personal, funky touches.
The dramatic great room features a floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace and a massive custom fish tank that he had installed.
The primary bedroom offers direct access to a private, terraced garden. Meanwhile, the gourmet kitchen boasts custom backlit cabinetry, granite features, and professional stainless appliances.

Incredible Custom Amenities
During his time there, Davidson completely transformed the home into the ultimate private getaway. The lower level of the property includes a hidden speakeasy, a pine-paneled family room, a sauna, and a wine cellar.

The outdoor space is built for year-round relaxation. There is a covered porch complete with automatic screens, a cold plunge, and a hot tub.
For fitness and entertainment, the estate features a covered lap pool with a swim jet, a separate detached outbuilding with a gaming and media room, and a home gym. Davidson even filmed his video podcast, “The Pete Davidson Show,” as well as a few commercials right on the property.
