NYC’s Immersive Mad Hatter Gin Pop-Up Opens New Summer Sessions

Come one, come all! Brooklyn’s Mad Hatters G&T Party is this summer’s must-do experience. The immersive G&T spectacle has announced that the drinks will continue to flow way past their original end date, and we’re here to spill all the tea!

Due to the popularity of this wonderfully whimsical experience, the creators of Mad Hatters are extending its run through December 31. Throughout the two-hour-long bash hosted by the Hatter himself—with the March Hare and Dormouse also joining in the revelry, of course—expect to see some exciting new cocktails.

With the new sessions, guests will continue to make their own brilliant cocktails but there will be sensational new creations to stimulate your taste buds—like the Mock Turtle Tea and the Frothing Walrus, both of which include fun foam toppings and refreshing flavors. The Frothing Walrus, in particular, uses a maraschino cherry coulis, lemon tea, Tanqueray dry gin, and the fabulously fluffy foam made from grapefruit, lemongrass, and soy lecithin powder. The combination makes for a colorfully layered cocktail with a fresh and citrusy taste.
