And as the weather finally warms up, one thing’s clear: there’s no better way to spend a balmy night in the city than eating your way through an open-air night market. After all, NYC is one of the best food cities in the world–and in 2026, its night market lineup is once again transforming neighborhoods into vibrant hubs of food, music, and culture.
From markets celebrating Latin culture to limited-time pop-ups along the Brooklyn waterfront, here are the NYC night markets you’ll want on your radar this summer:
Queens Night Market – Returns April 18

Widely recognized as one of the world’s best night markets, earning the #7 spot globally in a new 2026 ranking by travel website Travelbag, Queens Night Market makes its return this April.
The market hosts 75 to 100+ vendors representing more than 90 countries, making it one of the most internationally diverse food events anywhere on Earth. Even more, most bites cost just $6 max, with a few $10 exceptions decided upon on by vendors. Learn more.

Bronx Night Market – Returns May 9

Bronx Night Market, the Bronx’s flagship biannual food and culture festival, is returning this year for just two nights, bringing the borough’s food, creativity, and entrepreneurial energy to center stage.
Featuring 50+ food, drink, merchandise, and artisan vendors, 10 local musicians and live cultural performances, and a dozen activations, branded experiences, and giveaways, the event promises a family-friendly vibe, community-centered energy, and endless local flavor. It’s free to enter, though RSVP is required.

BK Eats Here – Returns June 13

For just two days in June, Brooklyn’s restaurants, street vendors, and food makers will set up on the Sunset Park waterfront for Brooklyn Eats.
The food gathering will feature 50 curated food vendors, live performances throughout the weekend, games, contests, giveaways, and activities for the whole family, and thousands of visitors from across the borough. It’s free to attend, though RSVP is required.

Harlem Summer Nights – Returns July 10
West Harlem is one of New York’s most vibrant cultural hubs, and for seven nights this summer Harlem Summer Nights will bring locals the ultimate night out.
Building culture with community–not on top of it–Harlem Summer Nights (originally called Uptown Night Market) will feature 60+ vendors and live DJs and experiences each week. There’s a reason the event draws 150,000+ attendees each season!

Latin Food Fest – Returns September 19
The country’s first-ever Latin food and culture festival comes home to the Bronx with a completely elevated format for two days of sabor, música, comunidad, and full-on energy.
Attendees can expect 70 food vendors–offering everything from tacos and ceviche to arepas and pupusas–two stages with 14 musical acts, live demos and panels, games and attractions, and an activity zone with prizes and samples. It’s free to enter though RSVP is required.
