After recently opening a ‘$10 N’ under’ flagship location in SoHo, Japanese-inspired retailer, MINISO, has announced a brand new flagship opening in Times Square this month! The upgraded flagship location will officially open to the public on Friday, May 19th.
The massive Times Square flagship will be split into nine dedicated zones. Shoppers will be able to peruse nearly 2,000 items varying between licensed collections, blind box collectibles, toys, plushies, fragrances, accessories, makeup, gifts and stationery, and of course our favorite part, snacks!
In terms of design, Sanrio characters (the parent company of Hello Kitty) will greet visitors in the window displays. Sanrio products along with additional collaboration items between Peanuts, Hello Kitty, Barbie and Mario Bros are expected to hit the store.
The Times Square opening will be one of MINISO’s biggest milestones since the company was created 10 years ago in 2013. Grand opening festivities will include giveaways, raffles, vouchers and more.
