The meat free Impossible Burger that is indistinguishable from the real thing is about to get even easier to get a hold of in NYC.
Back in august we introduced you to the Impossible Burger, a completely meat free burger that actually bleeds! The burger is a mixture of the heme (the ingredient responsible for the bleeding), water, wheat protein, coconut oil and potato protein, as well as natural flavors and micronutrients, and by all accounts it’s as good as the real thing, if not a little better.
David Chang launched the “Impossible Burger” at Momofuku Nishi nearly 6 months ago, and thanks to it’s resounding success we’re seeing it rolled out in other restaurants.
The “Impossible Burger” can already be enjoyed at Momofuku Nishi, Public and Saxon + Parole, but it’s about to get much easier to chow down on this cruelty free treat as it’s officially on the menu at Bareburger‘s Village location at LaGuardia Place.
According to timeout, the “Impossible Burger” could roll out to all the chains of Bareburger in the city according to a representative.
