It’s only the middle of November but winter reared its ugly head yesterday with the first mini snow storm of the season.
Winter storm Avery, as it was called, hit NYC shortly after noon on Thursday, November 15…and the city wasn’t prepared. Many were under the impression that the snow would be short lived and minimal but that was quickly proven wrong. But even though commuting was a mess (and incredibly frustrating), the snow itself was beautiful to witness falling if you had a moment to stop and just take in the moment. While it may be sunny today with the only traces of yesterday’s snow storm being the puddles of water and small piles of slush, here are some magical photo reminders of the city covered in snow, you can even see the colorful fall foliage in some!!
