We don’t need to be the ones to tell you that New York City is one of the entertainment capitals of the world. On any given night, the city is buzzing with sold-out concerts, legendary comedy acts, can’t-miss performances, and enough star power to light up the skyline.
And right at the center of it all sits the world’s most famous arena: Madison Square Garden.
This summer, however, the excitement isn’t staying confined to a single venue. MSG Entertainment is turning the entire season into one giant celebration with its new “See It Live Summer” campaign, bringing more than 100 events to some of New York City’s most iconic stages.

From Madison Square Garden and Radio City Music Hall to the Beacon Theatre and Infosys Theater at MSG, the lineup spans everything from chart-topping musicians and beloved comedians to theatrical performances and special live events. There are even free ice cream pop-ups around the city, exclusive venue activations, themed cocktails, summer-inspired snacks, and ticket sweepstakes that could land you seats to some of the season’s biggest shows.
In other words, if your summer bucket list involves live music, unforgettable nights out, and making the most of New York City’s entertainment scene, you’re going to want to keep this one on your radar. Here’s what to look out for:
Madison Square Garden’s record-breaking summer lineup
Madison Square Garden is set for its busiest summer ever, hosting a record-breaking 57 shows between June 1 and August 31. That’s a significant jump from the venue’s previous summer record of 37 events, highlighting the growing demand for live entertainment experiences.
Much of that momentum is being driven by multi-night runs, giving fans more chances to see their favorite artists perform at one of the world’s most iconic venues. This summer’s lineup includes major residencies from Bon Jovi, who will play nine shows, along with multi-night engagements from Phish, Harry Styles, and Rush.
The season will also feature several Garden debuts, with artists including Alex Warren, Madison Beer, Olivia Dean, and RÜFÜS DU SOL headlining the arena for the very first time. And because this is New York, fans can also expect the occasional surprise, including special pop-up performances and one-off events throughout the summer.
Spectacular showcases at Radio City Music Hall
Just blocks from Rockefeller Center, Radio City Music Hall is hosting some of the summer’s biggest productions and musical events.
The marquee attraction is Les Misérables: The Arena Concert Spectacular, which takes over the Great Stage from July 23 through August 9 for its exclusive North American engagement.
The venue will also welcome acclaimed composer Joe Hisaishi for a seven-night run celebrating beloved Studio Ghibli scores, alongside performances from Khalid, YUNGBLUD, Squeeze, and more.

World-class comedy and music at the Beacon Theatre
The historic Beacon Theatre is bringing an eclectic mix of comedy, music, and family entertainment to the Upper West Side.
John Oliver and Seth Meyers continue their popular residency throughout the summer, while the venue’s lineup also includes Tori Amos, Rick Ross, El Gran Combo, The Wiggles, and other standout acts spanning multiple genres.
