From coast to coast, countless cities across the U.S. turned purple and gold last night in honor of the late Los Angeles Lakers legend—including Madison Square Garden.
After yesterday’s untimely death of athlete Kobe Bryant, his daughter Gianna, a friend and their parents, the entire country came together to mourn the tragic loss. Madison Square Garden paid tribute to the one-of-a-kind athlete by lighting up purple and gold last night.
