The Shops & Restaurants at Hudson Yards mall is getting a brand new tenant, and they’ll have you yelling ooo la la!
Maison Ladurée will bring the finest French pastries to Hudson Yards at its shiny new location in one of the most in-demand neighborhoods in NYC.
“Our new address meets the modern needs of gourmets pressed for time. It offers a delicious and elegant interlude with all Maison Ladurée’s well-established authenticity,” said Mélanie Carron, the Managing Director of Maison Ladurée.
Whether you’re looking for a quick but buttery croissant on your way to work or a place to meet a friend for a coffee catch-up after a long day, Ladurée Hudson Yards will be New Yorkers new go-to destination.
Customers will be delighted by the elegant interior, painted in Ladurée’s signature green, which will serve as the perfect atmosphere to try one of their new pâtisserie-inspired creations: the Ispahan Latte with raspberry, rose, and lychee or the Plaisir Sucré Latte with chocolate, hazelnut and praline. “With the creation of these first gourmet drinks, our aim is to evoke our iconic patisseries and surprise our customers with flavours that they have never tasted in this way,” adds Julien Alvarez, Executive Pastry Chef at Ladurée.
Not to mention they’ll add three new cookies to their menu: peanut, pistachio and chocolate buckwheat! Of course, a visit to Ladurée is not complete without pastries! So don’t forget to grab a few macarons, Eugénies and Finger Pâtisserie.
The new address will add to Ladurée’s impressive history dating 160 years back as the first French tea room. It will open to customers this spring!
