NYC shows its love through street art and so in honor of Kobe and Gianna Bryant there is a large, colorful new tribute mural currently being painted in the Chinatown/Lower East Side area.
Soon after the untimely deaths of both Kobe and Gigi, artist Efren Andaluz created a place for people to pay their respects with his tribute mural across from the Barclays Center in Brooklyn. Now, there will be a place for everyone to visit in Manhattan.
California artist Mark Paul Deren (@madsteez) is currently in the process of completing a large mural on Eldridge Street that both honors and celebrates the Bryant father-daughter duo. Using his signature style of vibrant colors he’s brought life into the heartwarming mural.
