Although we didn’t get the #KnicksIn5 result we all wanted on Wednesday night, the Knicks and Celtics will square off again on Friday night for Game 6 at MSG.
As you can imagine, Knicks fans are pretty excited at the prospect of clinching a spot in the Eastern Conference on home floor—so much so that tonight’s game is setting a record for the most expensive Knicks tickets in the history of the franchise.
That’s right, as of this morning the cheapest tickets available across various platforms (SeatGeek, Ticketmaster, StubHub and Vivid Seats) were $673 and the most expensive were maxing all the way out at a mind blowing $17,330.
The “priciest ticket ever title” comes about a week after Game 3 from earlier in the series took that same title at that time.
The Knicks 2025 playoff run has not only been historical from a ticket perspective, but Jalen Brunson’s groundbreaking performances are setting a new standard, and the potential advancing to the Eastern Conference Finals could be something the team hasn’t done since 2000.
We’ll see how tonight’s game goes now that the Knicks are back on home soil and are without having to face superstar Jayson Tatum after he tore his Achilles in Game 4.
If you, like us, can’t afford to be in the building, opt for hitting up the watch party outside MSG instead for free.
