NYC Parks ha ufficialmente svelato il suo amato programma "Movies Under the Stars" per il 2026, trasformando i parchi di tutti e cinque i distretti in cinema all'aperto con oltre 300 serate di cinema completamente gratuite.

Un po’di cinema estivo sotto le stelle, chi ci sta?

Ok, non un po’ — tantissimo. NYC Parks ha ufficialmente svelato il suo amato programma “Movies Under the Stars” per il 2026, e la stagione di quest’anno è più grande che mai. Dalla primavera all’autunno, più di 300 proiezioni cinematografiche all’aperto gratuite trasformeranno i parchi di tutti e cinque i distretti in cinema a cielo aperto, portando di tutto, dai classici nostalgici ai nuovi successi per famiglie, direttamente nei quartieri locali.

Che tu stia stendendo una coperta con gli amici, preparando un picnic al tramonto con del cibo da asporto o rivivendo il tuo film preferito sotto lo skyline, questa serie annuale è diventata una delle tradizioni più piacevoli della stagione calda a New York City. Il programma di quest’anno include successi come Wicked, Encanto, Lilo & Stitch e Dirty Dancing, insieme a film indipendenti, documentari, proiezioni di studenti e persino una serie dedicata al calcio a tema Coppa del Mondo FIFA.

E in un’estate in cui quasi tutto sembra costoso, questa rimane una delle migliori uscite serali gratuite della città: basta presentarsi, trovare un posticino sull’erba e lasciare che il parco diventi il tuo cinema per la serata.
