Tonkotsu ramen and sake lovers unite–ICHIRAN is now offering a sake flight at their Brooklyn location!
Featuring some of the restaurant’s best sake, this sake flight features three 2.4 oz. pours, perfect for seasoned sake lovers who can’t decide which one to choose or sake newbies who don’t want to commit to ordering an entire bottle.
The flight contains:
- Kitaya Souden (Tokubetsu Junmai): a fruit-forward and elevated acidity profile.
- Tenryo Koshu (Junmai Daiginjo): a profound and refined taste that complements all foods.
- Hizo Otokoyama (Junmai Ginjo): full bodied, lightly nuanced, boldly rice forward, smooth, and strikingly dry.
Pair your sake flight with ICHIRAN’s star menu item, their Tonkotsu ramen, made with Hakata-style homemade thin noodles, classic Tonkotsu broth made from water and pork bones, and their secret recipe spicy red sauce. Your ramen can also be customized to your liking with your choice of dashi flavoring, spice and richness levels, garlic, scallion, Chashu (sliced pork), and noodle textures.
You can try ICHIRAN’s new sake flight for $16. It’s currently only available for diners seated in the Yatai table dining area from 6p.m. until close (9:30p.m. daily).
Where: ICHIRAN Brooklyn – 374 Johnson Ave.
