Hutton Brickyards just launched a new wellness retreat series, Hutton Health, a comprehensive approach to wellbeing that combines movement, nourishment, and daily holistic practices.
The series is curated by professionally-trained Chef, Nutritionist, and Wellness Counselor Sarah Pachelli. During the six-part, four-day retreat, guests will experience intention setting and movement classes led by expert practitioners, local hikes and nature walks, state-of-the-art saunas and a la carte spa services, structured down time and journaling, and nutritionally driven meals to kickstart 2025.
As for the meals, they’re all refined sugar-free, dairy-free, gluten-free, and seed oil-free. The menu will include dishes such as Sicilian Granola and homemade nut milks for breakfast, Caponata Shakshuka and Warm Saffron Cauliflower Salad for lunch, and Seared Branzino Piccata with Roasted Kale and Chicken Shepherd’s Pie with Cauliflower Crust for dinner.
The daily schedule will be as follows:
- 7 am: Light Bites + Refreshments
- 8-9:30 am: Physical Activity #1
- 10-11 am: Brunch (family style)
- 11 am: 4 pm: Open Time #1 (complimentary sauna, spa treatments for an additional fee)
- 2-3 pm: Afternoon Snacks
- 4-5:30 pm: Physical Activity #2
- 6 pm: Plated and Coursed Dinner
- 8-9 pm: Sound Bath/Group Meditation
Guests attending the retreat will stay in Hutton Brickyards’ 30-room riverside cabins, which feature floor-to-ceiling views facing the Hudson River, and provide the perfect setting to make use of the ample downtime the program offers, such as to journal or meditate.
