As the NYC’s Bomb Cyclone drops temperatures to bone-chilling levels, Bar 54 has launched heated bubbles for patrons to get the rooftop experience without the frostbite.
Probably the last thing on your mind tonight is to head to an outdoor rooftop. The Hyatt Centric Times Square’s Bar 54 might just change your mind.
On Wednesday Bar 54 brought back their outdoor heated bubbles. The two bubbles, that have an unparalleled view of the Christler Building and Times Square, are serving up a brand new menu of winter eats and cocktails. Don’t worry, you don’t even have to leave your warm ecosystem to order. Their seasonal cocktails include:
- Campfire Sour – Guajillo Pepper Infused Bourbon, Lemon, Egg White, Bitters
- Foxtail – Aged Rum, Cognac, Roasted Chestnut Liqueur, Lemon, Cinnamon, Egg White, Bitters
- Apollonia – Apples, Laired Apple Brandy, Lemon, Grapefruit, Honey
The bubbles will stick around until the Springtime and you don’t need a reservation to use them, so you have more than enough time to check them out when the weather isn’t quite so arctic.
Beleive us, if you’re going to experience times square, do it from far above the chaos on ground level. Check out some images of the heated bubbles here.
