News flash: NYC is expensive and apartments, and space, are limited. (If that’s news to you, you might enjoy; water is wet, fire is hot, and yellow snow probably isn’t edible.) No matter how small you think your place is, you’ve seen nothing like this.
Luke Clark Tyler, an NYC based freelance designer, lives in a 78 square foot apartment in Hell’s Kitchen, and it’s widely considered to be the “the smallest apartment in America.”
Where as the idea of spending your time, including your work day, in a 78 sq ft box may seem like hell to some of us, Luke seems to make things work. In the video he takes us on a “tour” (read: “He stands in one spot and points things out”) of his living space and shows us how he lives and works with such little room. Check it out:
