Watch as the fresh shells (classic or chocolate-dipped) are stuffed with your choice of ricotta (cow’s milk or sheep’s milk), and then rolled in whichever toppings you’d like.

Eataly prides itself on its Italian authenticity, and this cannoli counter is no different. Their menu is quick to point out that they “offer cannoli the traditional Sicilian way—with sheep’s milk ricotta!” Even better, the ricotta filling is imported from Sapori della Nostra Terra in Italy.

When you create your own cannoli you’ll be able to choose from 17 toppings, ranging from pistacchi (Sicilian pistachio) to terrine (nouget) and fragole (dried strawberries). If you want to have some fun at home and make your own cannoli the pastry chef offers a “D.I.Y. Cannoli Kit” where you can take home 6 cannoli shells, a bag of ricotta, and three toppings.
And, of course, it wouldn’t truly be an Italian cannoli counter without offering wine. So as you savor every bite of your cannoli you can pause to sip on one of their lylian wines.
