Eataly’s New Cannoli Counter in Flatiron is EVERYTHING
At the Eataly location in Flatiron there now stands a cannoli counter to satisfy your dolce cravings, Italian-style. I Cannoli di Eataly uses homemade cannoli shells to fill your order right in front of you.

Watch as the fresh shells (classic or chocolate-dipped) are stuffed with your choice of ricotta (cow’s milk or sheep’s milk), and then rolled in whichever toppings you’d like.

Eataly prides itself on its Italian authenticity, and this cannoli counter is no different. Their menu is quick to point out that they “offer cannoli the traditional Sicilian way—with sheep’s milk ricotta!” Even better, the ricotta filling is imported from Sapori della Nostra Terra in Italy.

Have you ever tried traditional Sicilian cannoli with sheep's milk ricotta before? We'll have it at the new I Cannoli di Eataly that opens on October 25! We know you want to try it. – – – EAT & LEARN: We're following Sicilian traditions, and will be filling a crunchy housemade shell with your choice of 10 flavors of sweet ricotta (including sheep’s milk imported from Palermo!), then roll it in any of 17 toppings ranging from toasted pistachios to dark chocolate to Amarena cherries. While you're choosing your cannoli combinations, be sure to pair it with a glass (or two) of Sicilian vini chosen by our expert sommeliers. Be sure to save the date for October 25 at 5 p.m., because the first 100 of you to buy a cannolo, will get a mini cannolo of your choice on us! #myEatalyNYC

When you create your own cannoli you’ll be able to choose from 17 toppings, ranging from pistacchi (Sicilian pistachio) to terrine (nouget) and fragole (dried strawberries). If you want to have some fun at home and make your own cannoli the pastry chef offers a “D.I.Y. Cannoli Kit” where you can take home 6 cannoli shells, a bag of ricotta, and three toppings.

And, of course, it wouldn’t truly be an Italian cannoli counter without offering wine. So as you savor every bite of your cannoli you can pause to sip on one of their lylian wines.
