4. Hudson River Park Höfe
Die Hartplatz-Tennisplätze im Hudson River Park gehören zu unseren Lieblingsplätzen und sind ein tolles Angebot für die West Side. Es gibt insgesamt 3 Plätze, die zwischen 6 Uhr morgens und Mitternacht nach dem Prinzip „Wer zuerst kommt, mahlt zuerst“ genutzt werden können. 5. McCarren-Tenniszentrum
Zusätzlich zu den Außenplätzen des McCarren Park, die in den wärmeren Monaten genutzt werden können, werden die 5 öffentlichen Plätze mit einer Überdachung versehen, so dass Sie die Plätze auch in den kälteren Monaten nutzen können. 6. Prospect Park Tenniszentrum
Das Prospect Park Tennis Center ist eines der beliebtesten Tennisziele in Brooklyn. Versteckt in der Grand Central Station liegt diese wunderschöne Tennisanlage, die zu den besten in Manhattan gehört. Der Vanderbilt Tennis Club verfügt über einen Hartplatz in Regelgröße, einen Jugendplatz, 2 Übungsbahnen und einen voll ausgestatteten Fitnessraum. Wenn Pickleball im Central Park nicht Ihr Ding ist, können Sie zum Tennis übergehen, wo es mehr als 30 Plätze gibt, auf denen Sie spielen können. Es gibt 6 Plätze, für die eine Online-Reservierung erforderlich ist, sowie 26 begehbare Plätze, für die man eine Tenniskarte benötigt. 9. Oscar Hijuelos Tennisplätze
Wir sind große Fans der roten Sandplätze, die unter die Zuständigkeit der Riverside Clay Tennis Association an der Upper West Side fallen. Gäste müssen hier eine Tageskarte für 15 $ bezahlen und eine Tennisgenehmigung von NYC Parks erwerben. Mehr dazu erfahren Sie hier.
