2. Lure Fishbar (Chef Preston Clark) + Birdie G’s & Rustic Canyon (Michelin starred chef Jeremy Fox)
Here’s another collab you don’t want to miss: Chef Preston Clark of NYC’s own Lure Fishbar is presenting a joint dish with Michelin starred chef Jeremy Fox of L.A.-based Birdie G’s and Rustic Canyon restaurants. With one restaurant known for its amazingly fresh seafood and the other for its farmers’ market-inspired dishes, it’s bound to be a delectable bite.
3. Lysée (Chef Eunji Lee)
This tasting from Pastry Chef Eunji Lee will allow you to get a preview of her upcoming dessert shop Lysée, opening in Flatiron this spring! Lee was classically trained in France before the opportunity arose to combine her culinary talents with Korean ingredients at Jungsik in New York.
4. Las Jaras Wines
Whet your appetite with a sip of delicious Las Jaras wines, which are produced with minimal intervention so you can taste their natural, rhythmic expression.
