Once the weather starts warming up us New Yorkers come alive, and between outdoor concerts at Hudson Yards, Bryant Park’s free movie nights, and Pier 57’s free program of events, NYC makes it easy to do jam pack your schedule of fun things to do without breaking the bank.
And Chelsea Market is no exception!
Chelsea Market’s free weekly yoga classes are returning for the season, and if you’re looking to get your body moving and fall in to a regular workout routine, now’s your chance!
Each Thursday Chelsea Piers Fitness will host all-level Vinyasa flow classes in the Maker’s Room at Chelsea Market. The class is perfect for those who are trying to improve their yoga practice or just get into the swing of a regular yoga routine.
And the best part–the classes are completely free!
All you need to do is sign up, grab your yoga mat and towel (mats will not be provided), and show up! The classes are one hour long and start at 7a.m. (they suggest you arrive at least 5 minutes before class starts–late arrivals may not be allowed entry).
Be sure to RSVP to the class in advance here, and cancel within 24-hours if you can no longer attend to allow space for others.
Beyond just free weekly yoga classes, Seaport is also hosting a ton of free fitness classes on the waterfront twice a week.
