The season normally runs from March through December. All classes are 75 minutes long and reservations are required as space is limited. Bathrooms are available on-site. Students are expected to meet in front Le Pain Quotidien near the top of Sheep Meadow.
Central Park recommends people show up 15 minutes prior to your practice on an empty stomach. Yoga is best exercised with bare feet to improve earthing. If participants choose to practice with a mat, they must bring their own.
Prior to class you can learn all about your instructor on Central Park’s website. Book a class today!
