Queen of sugar and candy sculptor Maayan Zilberman is the confectionary artist behind the Brooklyn candy company Sweet Saba. She recently joined forces with the popular Instagram account @EveryOutfitOnSATC for a sweet fashion collab where iconic items from the Sex and the City show have been reimagined as edible art.
Fans of the show will recognize the Post-It note from the episode where Carrie Bradshaw’s boyfriend Jack Berger breaks up with her with a short: “I’m sorry / I can’t / Don’t hate me —”
The candy note is made to match the exact size of a regular post-it. Then there’s Carrie’s nameplate necklace, and her obsession for designer shoes (like Manolo and Jimmy Choo)—all which have been recreated in edible form for a good cause with fun flavors. These adorable heels taste like Cosmos!
The proceeds made from this candy collab will go to the David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust, an elephant orphanage in Nairobito dedicated to protecting the wildlife in Kenya. Not only is it a non-proft organization that Zilberman feels passionatly about, but it’s one Kristin Davis (Charlotte York) feels strongly about as well.
