The Bronx Brewery is a true jewel of the New York City. Their beers are delicious and they are focused on community initiatives. They support local artists and of course, produce some of the best beers that New York, and frankly the country, has to offer.
This year, the brewery’s opening day for their “backyard” will take place on April 21st from 3 to 11 pm. Come kick off the season of outdoor beer drinking with this party featuring music, food and these beautiful beers.
Through their “Up and Comers” initiative, the Bronx Brewery supports local artists by showcasing them on their one-of-a-kind labels. The 2018 labels are gorgeous and represent the essence of the Bronx and the beers inside the cans.
These visually appealing cans from the initiative have limited availability depending on which beer is brewed during which season. Check out some of the examples of these beers below.
The Pilsner, “Well Earned” for instance was designed by Bronx native, Daniel Hauben. According to Bronx Brewery the beer has “a little extra hops that add subtle spicy and citrus flavors we think you deserve” and is available from January to April.
The “Holy Mother of Citrus” is an India Pale Ale brewed with generous amounts of tangerine. The can was designed by New York City street artist and painter, Lexi Bella and is available from January to April.
The “Now Youse Can’t Leave” Double India Pale Ale has a fruity, hoppy flavor and was designed by street artist, Joey ‘Serve’ Vega and is available from October to December.
These beers and the event are sure to be great so stop by on April 21st!
