As NY Pops Up just announced Broadway’s first performance in over a year, April promises even more live shows to return to NYC.
Ticket company, TodayTix is launching the return of live and in-person performances with a ranging list of Broadway stars. The performances will take place atop a Manhattan rooftop at Showfields (11 Bond St) in NoHo all throughout April.
Starting with Grammy winner and Tony nominee Lauren Patten, the performances will feature Broadway names including Ana Villafañe, Derek Klena, and Bradley Gibson. After an entire year, the rooftop concert series will be one of the first live ticketed events to pop up across New York City.
Safety guidelines will still be in place including mandatory face masks, attendee temperature checks, and six foot distances between any audience members, staff, or performers.
Tickets can be bought in pairs or groups of 4 at $40 per person. Seat assignments will be given at the venue by a first-come-first-serve basis.
All performances will begin at 6:30pm and last 45 minutes.
Upcoming productions dates include:
April 2: Lauren Patten
April 3: Derek Klena
April 16: Ana Villafañe
April 17: Bradley Gibson
“With the current regulations the city has set in place, we feel we can finally re-enter the live-events space successfully, ensuring that all attending and involved parties can celebrate the magic of live entertainment safely,” said Tony Marion, the executive producer of TodayTix Presents. “We are thrilled to have such a magnificent lineup of working artists to bring us back to that magic just over a year after the pandemic changed our lives forever.”
