A hot summer day in the city is ideal for day drinking, outdoor strolls, and of course ice cream. So why not mix all those things together?
Tipsy Scoop is already know for making boozy ice cream, but they temporarily have a new menu item—a spiced mai tai sundae.

Created for National Rum Day on Wednesday, August 16, Tipsy Scoop is currently offering a limited amount of these delicious rum sundaes that come in adorable pineapple tiki cups. While you’re there you might also want to grab their peach rose frose sundae that is served in a red velvet waffle cone bowl.

While the supply of the spiced mai tai sundae specifically is limited, don’t fret. You can have your spiked ice cream out of a margarita cup all weekend instead.

Tipsy Scoop has teamed up with New Territories to create these refreshing concoctions. The two flavors for this weekend special are Tipsy Territories (which is vanilla bourbon ice cream with chocolate chip and funfetti cookie bits, topped with ash bubble waffle bites) and So Fresh (a mango margarita sorbet topped with mint and ash bubble waffle bites).
