If you’re looking to get fresh ink before Halloween and the rest of the holidays you can now do so as you shop. Upscale department store Barneys New York Madison Avenue will offer piercings and tattoos from their current residency, The Parlor.
The Parlor is located on the eighth floor of the store, and while it may seem wrong to get these things at a department store as opposed the parlors themselves, something about it being at Barneys just feels right…right?
From noon to 6 p.m. over the next few Saturdays people will be able to get tattoos from either Jonboy or Fun City (depending on the weekend), piercings by BeJeweled NYC, and—for this Saturday only—custom embroidery by Brian Blakely. The catch? The tattoos are on a first come first serve basis and only free to customers you spend at least $500 in the store (which honestly isn’t that hard to do in that store). The piercings are also free with the purchase of jewelry.
