The NYC train schedule, laid out simply
Five trains a day will stop at a special temporary platform right at the fairgrounds, running Wednesday, August 26 through Labor Day, September 7.
Heading upstate from NYC, your daily direct options include:
- Maple Leaf Train 63: departs Moynihan Train Hall 7:15 am, arrives at the Fair 1:11 pm
- Empire Service Train 281: departs Moynihan Train Hall 10:20 am, arrives at the Fair 4:21 pm
- Empire Service Train 283: departs Moynihan Train Hall 1:20 pm, arrives at the Fair 7:13 pm
Two additional trains, Maple Leaf 64 (from Toronto) and Empire Service 284 (from Niagara Falls), also stop at the fairgrounds.

Train tickets are only bookable for dates when the fair is actively open.
