While there are plenty of things to do in the Hamptons this summer, there’s no need to trek out east on the LIE for fresh seafood.
NYC is getting a taste of a Hamptons mainstay, right in Tribeca. LUNCH Lobster Roll of Amagansett is teaming up with American Cut for a summer of beachy bites, and we are never ones to deny ourselves a good lobster roll.
If you’re craving sun, sand, and some seasonally appropriate bites to go along with ’em, we’ll tell you everything you need to know.
LUNCH Lobster Roll of Amagansett at American Cut
Once just a roadside seafood shack, LUNCH is now practically required dining in the Hamptons. The iconic and unmistakable red, white, and blue restaurant sign is synonymous with the season, so much so that the restaurant has become “[a] memory-maker, summer ambassador, and nostalgia keeper.” Now, you can see that coastal LUNCH sign at 363 Greenwich St.
From now until Labor Day, urbanites are welcomed into American Cut’s bar, lounge, and outdoor dining area daily from 5-7pm for some of LUNCH’s Hampton Meals ($28). The menu includes two mini lobster sliders, a choice of Caesar salad or Truffle Fries, and a classic Gin or Vodka martini — “delivering beachside vibes with a Manhattan twist.”
Additionally, patrons can simply opt for the LUNCH Lobster Roll ($36) — lobster salad roll on a brioche bun served with lemon wedge and house-made slaw.
“We’re thrilled to partner with American Cut to bring the spirit of summer in the Hamptons to Tribeca,” says Andrea Anthony, president of Lobster Roll Inc. “This collaboration captures the essence of coastal indulgence with a city edge.”
Should you happen to find yourself out east in July — you know, next to the best beach in the country — you can also stop by the American Cut Dinner Party at Lobster Roll Southampton (32 Montauk Highway) on July 18th or July 19th at 7 PM to indulge in more delicious seafood fare.
