With its historic brownstones, bustling restaurant and bar scene, and close proximity to cultural staples like the Brooklyn Museum and Prospect Park, Crown Heights continues to be one of Brooklyn’s most vibrant neighborhoods. Finding rentals in the area that fit within a balanced budget, however, is increasingly difficult on the open market.
Now, a new affordable housing lottery has launched at 1060 Pacific Apartments, giving qualifying New Yorkers the chance to secure a home in the neighborhood at rates well below traditional market value.

Inside the Listing
Located at 1058 Pacific St (aka 1060 Pacific St), Brooklyn, NY 11238, this newly constructed 10-story residential building sits within Brooklyn Community Board 8.
The development brings 16 rent-stabilized affordable units to the neighborhood, constructed through the Inclusionary Housing Program with an anticipated tax exemption under the 485-x Tax Incentive Program of the NYC Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD). Layouts span from modern studios to spacious one- and two-bedroom residences.

Building Amenities & Neighborhood Highlights
1060 Pacific Apartments combines neighborhood charm with high-end convenience, featuring:
