Amazon and Uber Eats have officially teamed up to give Prime members a tasty new perk: $0 delivery fees on qualifying restaurant orders. The new benefit is available immediately, letting members order from hundreds of thousands of restaurants directly through Amazon.com or the Amazon Shopping app. And there’s an introductory offer that makes the deal even sweeter: $20 off each of your first two Uber Eats orders of $25 or more.
Looks like your next takeout night just got a little cheaper!
$0 Uber Eats delivery fees for Amazon Prime members
The new partnership gives Prime members across nearly 10,000 cities and towns nationwide access to one of the largest restaurant delivery networks in the United States, with hundreds of thousands participating restaurants.
Here’s what to know about the new benefit:
- Where to order: Directly through Amazon.com or the Amazon Shopping app
- Who qualifies: All U.S. Prime members, including those with discounted Prime for Young Adults and Prime Access memberships
- The perk: $0 delivery fees on qualifying restaurant orders of $25 or more placed through Amazon
- Restaurant selection: Hundreds of thousands of restaurants through the Uber Eats network, including national favorites like Wingstop, Chipotle, and Sweetgreen, as well as regional restaurants and local small businesses
In other words, members can browse nearby restaurants, order their favorite meals, and check out using their existing Amazon payment methods without having to download another app or create a separate Uber account.

Jamil Ghani, Worldwide Vice President of Amazon Prime, stated:
This is what Prime is all about: unlimited free, fast delivery on a wide selection of products, big savings, fantastic entertainment, and now even more value on restaurant delivery with Uber Eats, all in a single membership.
How to get started with Uber Eats through Amazon
Getting started is pretty straightforward, and there’s no need to set up a separate Uber Eats account.
- Visit www.amazon.com/ubereats or open the Amazon Shopping app and search for “Uber Eats”
- Log in using your existing Amazon credentials, browse participating restaurants near you, and place an order using your saved Amazon payment methods
- Once your order is placed, Amazon will send email and push notifications with delivery updates, followed by a final order confirmation from Uber Eats
That’s it! Dinner is officially handled.
Additional savings of more than $175 per year
Beyond the $0 delivery fees, Amazon is also rolling out a series of Prime-exclusive promotions that could add up to more than $175 in potential savings.
Here’s what’s currently on the table:
- $20 off your first two orders: New users can get $20 off each of their first two Uber Eats orders of $25 or more during their first 14 days
- 5% back with Prime Visa: Prime Visa cardmembers earn 5% back on all Uber Eats orders placed through Amazon through December 5, 2026
Amazon estimates that the combined promotions and delivery-fee savings could potentially exceed the cost of an annual Prime membership. However, that figure is an estimate based on typical Uber Eats ordering habits and isn’t a guaranteed savings amount.
For context, an Amazon Prime membership currently costs $14.99 per month or $139 per year, with a free 30-day trial available to eligible new members.

Amazon is replacing its Grubhub partnership with Uber Eats
The new deal also marks a significant shift in the restaurant delivery landscape.
Amazon previously partnered with Grubhub in 2024 to offer Prime members restaurant delivery perks, but that arrangement is now winding down as the Uber Eats partnership takes effect.
