November has officially arrived in New York City, bringing crisp fall days, cozy dinner plans, and the first hints of holiday season excitement.
Between Thanksgiving preparations kicking into gear and the city gearing up for the holidays, there’s plenty happening around NYC—but the restaurant scene is giving us just as many reasons to head out and explore.
A fresh slew of bars, restaurants, and buzzy new openings are popping up across the five boroughs, giving New Yorkers even more spots to add to their rotation.
From new neighborhood gems to splashy openings already making waves, these are the places you’ll want to know about this month.
Here are the new NYC bars and restaurants defining November.
Rosette – Now Open

Rosette, a new French-inspired, wine-centric restaurant, has officially opened in the West Village.
The intimate 35-seat spot is led by wine director Lauren Goldfarb, formerly of two-Michelin-starred Jean-Georges, and chef Cali Faulkner of Little Falcon, bringing together an extensive European wine collection and a seasonal menu rooted in French technique.
The food menu features dishes like savory potato rosettes with egg custard and Osetra caviar, Mangalitsa jamón with pumpkin pommes dauphine, grilled cabbage with Concord grapes, and oysters with preserved vegetables. Larger plates include Chateaubriand steak Diane and a half roasted Pennsylvania golden chicken, while desserts range from pear pain d’épice tart to dark chocolate vacherin.
Wine is the star of the show, with a list focused primarily on France and Italy, alongside selections from lesser-known regions like Switzerland. Guests can explore an expansive by-the-glass selection or settle in over bottles from celebrated family-owned European estates, all served in a cozy dining room with deep green velvet curtains, plush banquettes, walnut finishes, and candlelit tables.
Lady Delilah – Now Open
Lady Delilah, a new 10,000-square-foot supper club has officially opened in the Meatpacking District, marking the brand’s first-ever New York City location.
Celebrating the 10th anniversary of the original Delilah, the sprawling subterranean space takes inspiration from the glamour of the 1920s, with Art Deco details, vintage oak finishes, plush seating, cascading chandeliers, and tiled barrel ceilings.
The experience pairs an American bistro menu overseen by Culinary Director Michael Teich with signature craft cocktails, luxury spirits, and nightly live entertainment. Guests can also enjoy two private dining rooms and a central stage, making the lavish new venue a dinner destination that seamlessly transitions into a night out.
Ibérico – Opens November 5

Ibérico, a new Spanish and Portuguese-inspired neighborhood wine bar on DeKalb Avenue in Fort Greene, comes from Tamy Rofe and Chef Felipe Donnelly, the husband-and-wife team behind Colonia Verde.
Inspired by their years living in Portugal, the couple’s love of Iberian food and wine, and the lively street-bar culture of Madrid, the new spot brings a little taste of the Iberian Peninsula to Brooklyn.
The menu pairs an exclusively Portuguese and Spanish wine list with a selection of traditional tapas, including Pan con Tomate, Boquerones, Tortilla Española de Betanzos, and Rissóis de Leitão (Portuguese half-moon pastries filled with shredded roast suckling pig). The drinks program also features a globally sourced vermouth selection, Jerez wines, and a cocktail menu inspired by the classics.
Bar Cosme – Opens November 10
Bar Cosme, a new nightlife-focused restaurant and cocktail bar from acclaimed chef Enrique Olvera and the Casamata team, is coming to NoHo this fall.
Inspired by the after-dark energy of sister restaurant Cosme, the new concept puts cocktails front and center while still giving diners a full menu of Mexican-inspired dishes to share.
The menu will feature raw and lightly cooked seafood, housemade tortillas and salsas, and dishes prepared over an asador (a traditional live-fire grill), with both prix-fixe and à la carte options.
The cocktail program will be led by Sebastián Tollius, whose résumé includes Eleven Madison Park and Clemente Bar, while Mexico City-based architecture firm Taller ADG is behind the intimate new interiors.
Studio Tropical Supper Club – Opens November 13

Studio Tropical Supper Club, a new intimate dinner experience from Colombian chef and artist Stephanie Bonnin, is opening in Clinton Hill on November 13, bringing a taste of the Caribbean and Latin America to Brooklyn.
Rather than a traditional restaurant, the supper club hosts just 10 guests around one communal table for a single seating every Friday and Saturday. Each evening features a changing, preset menu of around seven courses, highlighting seasonal ingredients and Bonnin’s Colombian roots, with influences from across Latin America and the Caribbean.
The $140-per-person experience also includes wine and vinyl spun from Bonnin’s personal collection, alongside Colombian art and folklore. With optional $70 wine pairings, the intimate dinner party is designed to make a night out feel a little more like gozadera (a Colombian expression for joyful celebration).
Burger Village – Opens November 15
Burger Village is opening a new Fresh Meadows location this November.
From the team behind Kashi in Downtown Brooklyn, Burger Village is a full-service concept featuring organic, grass-fed beef burgers alongside options like bison, elk, lamb, and wild-caught salmon. The menu also includes wings, tacos, signature cocktails, and a full bar.
The first 100 people to dine there on opening day will get a free burger.
