Wir haben Chez Ma Tante ursprünglich auf TikTok entdeckt, und nachdem wir ihre Pfannkuchen probiert hatten, konnten wir sie nicht mehr von der Liste streichen. Die traditionellen Pfannkuchen mit viel Ahornsirup gehören zu unseren Lieblingsgerichten auf der Brunchkarte und sind auch preislich sehr attraktiv. Vor allem die Pfannkuchen sind eher knusprig, also bedenken Sie das, bevor Sie bestellen!

Breakfast by Salt’s Cure ist wirklich eine Klasse für sich, denn sie haben eine ganz eigene Interpretation von Pfannkuchen: Haferflocken-Griddle-Pfannkuchen. Sie werden in drei Stapeln geliefert, und Sie können wählen, welche Variante des Pfannkuchenstapels Ihnen am besten schmeckt. „The OG“ und „Blueberry“ sind sehr beliebt, aber wir haben uns für den „Motsu Apple“ entschieden, der mit braunem Zucker gewürzt ist. Diese einzigartigen Hotcakes geben einem gewöhnlichen Brunch-Klassiker eine ganz eigene Note!

Wie Sie sich wahrscheinlich denken können, werden die traditionellen Pfannkuchen auf italienische Art und Weise zubereitet und erhalten so ein europäisches Flair! Sarabeth’s hat als Bäckerei angefangen, also wissen Sie, dass sie eine Autorität auf dem Gebiet der Pfannkuchenherstellung sind! Mit mehreren Standorten in Manhattan ist dieses Lokal zu einem Wahrzeichen von NYC geworden, wenn man die perfekte Mischung aus gehobener Atmosphäre und traditioneller amerikanischer Küche sucht. Für $45 empfehlen wir, mit einer Gruppe zu kommen und die köstlichen und farbenfrohen Pfannkuchen nach dem Motto „All-you-can-eat“ zu essen. Die Pfannkuchen selbst sind fluffige Hotcakes mit Bananen Foster und Blaubeeren, die mit pinker Zuckerwatte und Apfelkompott garniert sind. Das ist eine ganz neue Art von „pretty in pink“!

16. Good Enough to Eat, UWS
Der letzte Punkt auf unserer Liste sind die Pfannkuchen von Good Enough to Eat, die seit über 20 Jahren die Frühstücksszene der UWS dominieren. Die aus Hafer, Maismehl, Vollkornmehl und Weißmehl hergestellten Pfannkuchen sind traditionell und besonders fluffig. Es gibt Variationen mit Früchten, z. B. „Banana Walnut“ oder „Seasonal Pancakes“, aber unsere Wahl sind immer die „Peter Paul Pancakes“, die mit belgischer Schokolade und gerösteter Kokosnuss überzogen sind!
