Enjoy these record breaking fries for a whopping sum of $200!
The iconic Serendipity3 reopened on July 9th after more than a year of renovations and is back with an even more outrageous menu than before.
From the famous Frrrozen Hot Chocolate to the seemingly endless savory menu, the restaurant has taken extravagant dining to a whole new level!
Created in honor of National French Fry Day that passed on July 13th, Chef Joe Calderone and Chef Frederick Schoen-Kiewert have created world record breaking fries. For a bank-breaking $200, customers can now order the world’s most expensive French fries right in NYC!
So, what makes these fries $200 you might ask. Well, these “creme de la creme pommes frites” are crafted with Chipperback potatoes, Dom Perignon Champagne and J. LeBlanc French Champagne Ardenne Vinegar, Urbani summer truffle oil, Guerande truffle salt, and finished of with Crete Senesi Pecorino Tartufello shavings. On top of that, the record holding French fries are dusted with 23K edible gold and served atop a Baccarat crystal Arabesque Plate.
And according to the Guinness World Records, Serendipity3 is not only home to the most expensive fries in the world, but holds titles for the most expensive milkshake, most expensive dessert, and most expensive sandwich!
So if you’re feeling a little indulgent and you decide to check ’em out, make sure to tell us if they’re worth it!
