What’s a five-letter word we all love? Music!
And if your first order of business every morning is opening Wordle, today’s puzzle comes with a pretty incredible reward. The New York Times Games and TODAY have teamed up to give fans the chance to solve a custom Ayra Starr-inspired Wordle for a shot at VIP tickets to her sold-out Citi Concert Series performance in NYC.
After its artist-inspired Wordle puzzles became a hit earlier this summer, The New York Times Games and TODAY are bringing the interactive experience back, offering fans a chance to unlock VIP access to Ayra Starr’s sold-out Citi Concert Series performance at Rockefeller Center.
Beginning today (pun intended), Tuesday, July 28 at 10 a.m., fans can solve a custom Wordle puzzle inspired by the Grammy-nominated Afrobeats star for the opportunity to score VIP tickets to her performance on Friday, August 7.
How to play the Ayra Starr Wordle
The custom puzzle was created using the Create Your Own Wordle Puzzle feature by TODAY and is completely free to play.
Once you’ve solved the puzzle, simply submit your answer through TODAY’s official entry form for a chance to win access to the exclusive concert experience at the TODAY Plaza in Rockefeller Center.
Considering Ayra Starr’s August 7 show is already sold out, this may be one of the only ways to snag a spot.

More artist-themed Wordle puzzles are coming
Ayra Starr is just the latest artist featured in the summer-long collaboration between New York Times Games and TODAY. Additional custom Wordle puzzles will be released ahead of upcoming Citi Concert Series performances, soon to be revealed!
Each puzzle will be shared through TODAY’s social media channels approximately one to two weeks before each performance, giving fans another chance to unlock VIP access.
Whether you’re in it for the bragging rights of extending your Wordle streak or hoping to find yourself front and center at Rockefeller Center, this is one puzzle that’s definitely worth solving.
