Serving vacation vibes all year round, this rooftop bar offers island-inspired cocktails and cuisine. Led by their beverage director Crystal Chase, with experience in New York, Massachusetts, San Francisco, and Hawai’i, Talk Story has some of the top talent in NYC lined up on their team.
The name “Talk Story” comes from a Hawaiian phrase about “hanging out and creating memories,” and that’s exactly what you’ll be doing when you visit! Take in the skyline views while sipping a luxurious cocktail that will make you feel like summer never ended.
Their cocktail list includes fun names like “Through The Bamboo” featuring Absolut elyx vodka, lemon, pickled peach, fino sherry, white port, and spices, “Skinny Dip” with el gobernador pisco, watermelon, lime leaf, yuzu, and egg white, and their famous “Talk Story” with dewar’s illegal smooth scotch, nixa elote liquer, plantation pineapple rum, and tiki bitters. The variety of delicious drinks seems never ending and they even offer mocktails for a non-alcoholic version to enjoy.
Highlighting flavors from across South America, Southeast Asia, the Caribbean and more, their food menu offers dishes like frito miso seasonal vegetables, shrimp ceviche, yellowtail crudo crispy quinoa, “general tso’s” chicken lettuce leaf, and handrolls featuring the daily catch.
