Counting down the minutes until the Wicked: For Good soundtrack drops? You’re not alone—and what better way to mark the occasion than by stepping into center stage for the ultimate Oz-inspired musical experience?
That’s right, an immersive pop-up celebrating the soundtrack is headed to NYC, and we’ve got you covered with all of the details, so that all you need to do is find out what shoes to wear and how to fix your hair.
The pop-up will be soaring into Midtown on November 21st, right as the soundtrack comes out, marking the perfect opportunity to celebrate, listen with fellow fans, and immerse yourself in the wonderful world of Wicked: For Good.
The soundtrack isn’t the only new addition. The experience marks the opening of a brand new music store, UMusic Shop NY.
Serving as the first launch of Universal Music Group’s immersive retail concept, the shop blends music, design and Oz-level spectacle, offering fans the only place in the country to snag in-person D2C exclusives like limited-edition vinyl, CDs, apparel and trinkets.
Guests can explore the enchanting interior of the pop-up (think Emerald City chic, with themed installations and props straight from the screen) and even try their luck in a truly Oz-worthy giveaway.
Two iconic screen-used props are up for grabs, including The Grimmerie, the legendary spellbook, and Glinda’s wand, sparkling enough to make any visitor feel a little more Popular.
Entering is simple—drop your info at the pop-up and you might just walk away with a piece of Wicked magic for good.
