Whole Foods Just Opened Their First Bodega Convenience Store In Chelsea
Bodegas are one of the many charms of New York City and practically every local has a favorite one. Now, another one has just popped up in Chelsea under the Whole Foods chain.

A hipster’s dream, a convenient place to go if you’re craving an açaí bowl or celery juice, but don’t feel like wandering around a massive Whole Foods grocery store. Instead, you have the option to go to the Whole Foods Market Daily Shop and stock up on whatever snacks you’re looking for.

In typical Whole Foods fashion, the food is mainly locally sourced and include baked goods such as bagels, pastries and lunch time bites like paninis… now you have the next go-to place for your lunch break and you know it’s going to be healthy (there’s even a seating area to enjoy your meal at). There’s also self-checkout which as we all know, is one of the most efficient ways to be in and out of a grocery store.

Allegro Coffee is also running their own section inside the new bodega, with delicious coffee, juice, açaí and even kombucha. Of course you can always find all the usual bodega products like travel sized toiletries, fruits, wine and more.
