Prior to performing at the AfroPunk Festival in Brooklyn over the weekend, the multitalented artist Jidenna (rapper, songwriter, singer, and producer) was spotted giving a mini concert to the people passing through Atlantic Avenue Barclays Center’s subway station.
Jidenna made a surprise guest appearance during the Goldlink set at AfroPunk Brooklyn on Saturday. However, before he took the stage he warmed up by giving a concert—portable speakers, mic and all—for some lucky Brooklyn commuters.

He performed music off his new album 85 to Africa and in the video you can hear him singing “That’s My Tribe” while interacting with passersby.
