This spellbinding tour will transport you to Moulin Rouge-era Paris, with a glimpse into the life of legendary artist Henri de Toulouse-Lautrec.
After more than 250 performances since opening in September, the hit pandemic-friendly theatre experience Voyeur: The Windows of Toulouse-Lautrec is an “only in New York” experience that you don’t want to miss this spring.
Met with countless rave reviews, the spectacularly creative outdoor experience by Bated Breath Theatre Company combines dance, art, walking tours, theater, live music, opera and puppetry.
In Voyeur: The Windows of Toulouse-Lautrec, you’ll be completely whisked away to the romance and intrigue of 19th century Paris, right within historic Greenwich Village itself.
The theatrical immersive tour will guide you, along with up to nine other audience members (all wearing face coverings), through the dreams of iconic artist Toulouse-Lautrec — who made the Moulin Rouge the legendary location it is thanks to his oil-on-canvas paintings — as he recalls his final absinthe-laced years living and working in Montmartre.
A newly refreshed spring version of the show features new scenes, additional cast members, a new tour route and a new finale venue.
You’ll visit quintessential Village locations including Washington Square Park, The Duplex, and some secret stops along the way…all with an utterly Parisian twist.
On each tour through the winding streets, you’ll even be joined by your own personal soundtrack from an old-fashioned music box player. And if you so choose, you can add a delicious themed cocktail to the experience to fully immerse yourself in a glamorous, Parisian mood.
Or, treat a mother figure to an extra special experience for Mother’s Day this weekend! Enjoy a beautiful bouquet of flowers, signature cocktail, and some secret surprises included with the ticket.
