Unique news is coming from UNIQLO today!
Sorry, we couldn’t resist the pun! Fans of the cozy-chic retailer now have three new reasons to celebrate, as UNIQLO recently announced the opening of three new stores here in NYC, as per their official website.
🛍️ 3 New UNIQLO Openings
- Bryant Park: 510 5th Ave., opens March 6th, 2026
- Williamsburg: 87 Kent Ave., opens March 20th, 2026
- Union Square: 860 Broadway, opens April 3rd, 2026

🗽 Exclusive NYC Merchandise
Each store will offer not just UNIQLO’s signature apparel but also exclusive merchandise tied to local culture and the arts, two of the most important things that make our city what it is.
At Bryant Park, a year-long partnership with the New York Public Library brings Library-themed items designed by Kei Saito, supporting programs like The Library After Hours and Teen Takeover. Shoppers can also find MTA-inspired merchandise and pieces by artist Lauren Martin, making the location a mini NYC cultural hub.
In Williamsburg, street art meets fashion: UNIQLO’s first Artist in Residence, KAWS, teams up with Hiroshi Masuda to bring gallery-style creations to the racks. Meanwhile, Union Square leans into the city’s literary and pop-art legacy, with items celebrating The Andy Warhol Foundation and the iconic Strand Bookstore.

From subway-inspired designs to library and street-art collaborations, each store offers a distinctly New York experience.
In a statement, Fuminori Adachi, CEO of UNIQLO USA said:
We are proud to partner with The New York Public Library, whose mission to make knowledge and opportunity accessible to all deeply resonates with us. New York City has inspired UNIQLO since we opened our first store here twenty years ago, through its creativity, diversity, and strong sense of community. As one of the city’s most iconic cultural institutions, The New York Public Library helps sustain that spirit, and this partnership reflects our commitment to supporting the spaces that bring New Yorkers together.
UNIQLO’s commitment to community engagement is front and center through its RE.UNIQLO program, which promotes both sustainability and charitable giving.
Each store features donation bins where customers can drop off gently-used clothing, ensuring that these items are repurposed or given to those in need. Proceeds and contributions directly support local organizations such as the Department of Homeless Services and Covenant House.
It’s shopping with a purpose, all in our favorite city. ❤️
