The eligible income goes from $38,572 – $218,010. Income eligibility will depend on what unit you can qualify for. Some of the studios accept the $38,572 income, while many of the two bedrooms accept incomes in the $70,000 range and upwards.

- Explore open lotteries in which you are eligible for (based on household size, income, etc.)
- Apply to those lotteries prior to their deadline
