Scheduling a ride to the airport can get pretty pricey and the effort and time it takes to train there instead can be a pain. Lucky for us, Uber partner Live Nation amphitheaters plans to bring Uber shuttles to various destinations across the country for more affordable ride options to airports and concerts.
So how will Uber shuttle work? Riders will be able to reserve a seat on a local shuttle service headed to a participating destination. So far, Uber has yet to release exact concert venues and hotels. However, they did announce an official partnership with Miami’s Hard Rock Stadium.
Uber Shuttle will cost a fraction of the price of an Uber X, shares Uber.
In an example shared on GMA, Uber Shuttle costs 63% less than an Uber XL.
The new service is all part of Uber’s GO-GET 2024 campaign to bring people together and off their screens this summer. Learn more about the campaign on Uber’s website here.
