Trader Joe’s is continuing its domination of NYC, and the beloved grocery store chain’s next stop is none other than Williamsburg, Brooklyn!
Much to Brooklyners’ delight, TJ’s just updated the location section of their website with a Williamsburg store “coming soon” (as first reported by Greenpointers). It will open at 200 Kent Ave between Metropolitan Ave and N. 3rd St., and will offer their cult-favorite products like Mandarin Orange Chicken and Cold Brew Coffee Concentrate, as well as their regular unmatched cheese section and fresh flowers.
This is Traders Joe’s third outpost in Brooklyn, and sixteenth in the city (or will be, including the two that are currently set to open on the Upper East Side and Harlem).
According to Cushman & Wakefield, which is leasing the building, there is currently 62,977 square feet of available space and the Trader Joe’s will be located on the Cellar Level. It’s located in Williamsburg’s “creative corridor” and neighbors include Soulcycle, Nitehawk Cinemas, Whole Foods, and more.
