While we opted for the Knicks free playoff block party, Timothée Chalamet and Kylie Jenner got courtside seats to the hottest game in town. (And one of the priciest.)
On Monday, May 12th, the couple attended the fourth game in the semifinals tournament between the New York Knicks and the Boston Celtics at Madison Square Garden, and dare we say, these love birds almost got as much attention as the players. (New Yorkers can rest easy: the Knicks won 121 to 113 and have 3-1 series lead.)
In between baskets, a Jayson Tatum injury, and OG Anunoby’s three-pointer in the fourth quarter, the duo seemed to catch plenty of attention for their lovey-dovey vibe…and Timothée’s undying love for his local team. Given that he skipped the Met Gala to cheer on his favorite team and has been providing live updates on social media during the games, we’re not surprised to see that the two were glowing courtside — especially Chalamet.
Timothée Chalamet And Kylie Jenner root for the Knicks
In a photo alongside director Spike Lee, the A Complete Unknown actor is seen cheering and raising his hand to “five,” the next game in the series. Kylie’s big sis, model Kendall Jenner, also joined in the festivities. Other notable celebs packed the house for the highly-anticipated game, including Stefon Diggs and Cardi B — who are believed to be a new item — Ben Stiller, John Leguizamo, Tracy Morgan, Tina Fey, and Michael J. Fox and his wife Tracy Pollan.
On Wednesday, May 14th, the fifth game will take place in Boston, so we’re curious if the lovebirds are en route to New England for the next chapter of the series. We’re willing to bet they are. And we’re willing to bet New Yorkers are bound to be very happy in the near future — at least we hope.
We’ll be sure to keep you posted on all-things Knicks as we gear up for game 5. In the meantime, we’ll also be on the lookout for Timmy and Kylie’s next moves throughout the city. If you want to copy the couple’s moves, check out a few of Timothée Chalamet’s favorite NYC eats.
