The creator of the “Rainbow Bagel” and owner of the Brooklyn Bagel Store, Scot Rossillo, has been back in the lab. Like a modern day Dr. Frankenstein of food, Rossillio has introduced the world to his latest creation, the Mufgel.

50% muffin, 50% bagel and 100% delicious. This spiritual successor of the cronut is already a big hit with New Yorkers.

With a crunchy muffin top and a soft bagel base, the mufgel is the latest food craze you’ll mock until you’ve tried one.
