Dine In A 1970s Swiss Gondola At This European Wine & Fondue Bar In The West Village

Sip wine like you’re in the Swiss Alps!

Be transported to the heart of Switzerland’s french-speaking region at The Lauvaux, a wine & fondue bar in the West Village. Sharing the fabulous traditions of Swiss culinary and wine with NYC, explore the fruits of Lauvaux’s terroir and taste signature flavors of the sunny, mountainous region’s wine and cheese.

Deemed a World Heritage site by UNESCO, Lauvaux produces some of the world’s best wine, as the region consists of hundreds of hectares of vineyards.
