Food festival season is full swing in NYC, and up next is Taste of the Seaport on Saturday, September 21st.
After enjoying Italian specialities at San Gennaro and indulging in $1 dumplings at Momo Crawl, turn your attention toward the historic neighborhood for your next feast.
We’ll give you the scoop on the beloved annual event, so make sure to save some room! You won’t want to miss a bite.
All about Taste of the Seaport 2024
What began nearly 15 years ago as a way to gather and raise money for the local public schools has since turned into one of NYC’s most beloved culinary adventures, and with good reason: good food, good company, and a good cause.
Hungry New Yorkers will get a chance to taste of some of the best restaurants and kitchens Seaport has to offer, including:
- Delmonico’s
- Andrew Carmellini’s Carne Mare
- Jean-Georges Vongerichten’s The Fulton and Tin Building
- Malibu Farm New York
- Hole in the Wall
- Havana Social
And, beyond the tasty eats, guests will have the opportunity to enjoy live music and purchase goodies from small businesses and local artists while children can enjoy a play zone.
Tickets are sold in packs of “tastes” from contributing restaurants and are currently available for purchase.
Options include the VIP Taste Card for $100, which offers six bites and three drinks, or a $60 taste card for six tastes. Should you not really know where to begin — understandable, there’s a lot of good stuff to choose from — there’s a single taste beginning at $12.
Proceeds from Taste of the Seaport will benefit PS 343 Peck Slip School and PS 397 Spruce Street School.
